Annual Trafficking in Persons Report shows increase in countries using child soldiers

U.S. Department of State calls out countries that have failed to show improvements in fighting human trafficking, in its 2013 Trafficking in Persons report released today. The report shows a 30% increase in countries using child soldiers. Some receive U.S. military aid.
