| The 2012 G8 summit will be held in Camp David, Maryland on May 18-19. World Vision is urging leaders to meet the Millennium Development Goals and existing G8 commitments by increasing the levels of funding, improving humanitarian coordination and accountability, implementing a global action plan for maternal and child health, and ensuring adequate food and nutrition security for communities. The stage is set: now it is up to world leaders to show they have the resolve to keep their promises. |
