What types of internships are available?

Internships are available for students interested in working with either Team World Vision or World Vision's U.S. Programs department.

Team World Vision is a growing program that recruits and equips people to participate in an athletic event while raising funds for World Vision's work in Africa. Team World Vision offers internships in areas such as video production, graphic design, market research and data analysis, event planning, writing/editing, grassroots marketing, and social media.

Our U.S. Programs department focuses on empowering youth, providing essential materials to local families, and responding to emergencies. The U.S. Programs department offers internships in areas such as communications, marketing, volunteer management, or field site programs.

What are managers looking for in an intern?

Managers for Team World Vision are looking for students who have knowledge of or background in grassroots marketing, social media or event planning.

The U.S. Programs department is looking for students who are passionate about domestic issues and have strong interpersonal skills.

When are internships available?

Internships are available for Team World Vision in the fall, spring, and summer. Candidates are asked to commit to 30 to 40 hours per week.

Internships for U.S. Programs are available in the summer. Candidates are asked to commit 20 to 30 hours per week.
