World Vision’s life insurance program provides a four-fold plan to meet the various needs of each individual full-time employee: basic life insurance at no cost to the employee, business travel insurance to those traveling on World Vision business, optional add-on life insurance, and optional dependent life insurance.
Vacation, Sick Leave, and Holidays
Full-time and part-time employees are eligible for vacation, sick leave, and paid holidays based on position and years of service, in accordance with the organization’s policy.
Retirement Benefits
World Vision offers a cash balance and 403b retirement program to all full-time employees.
Additional Benefits
World Vision’s employee assistance program is managed by Resources for Living, Christian counselors and consultants available by phone 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. This confidential service is provided at no cost to the employee and is available to employees and their household family members.
World Vision is also able to offer a number of other unique benefits to its employees, such as tuition reimbursement and ride sharing. Special arrangements with local area companies and institutions offer such benefits as a special banking program through Bank of America and insurance discounts through Liberty Mutual Group.
