World Vision provides all your planning and promotional materials and coordinates the logistics, from ordering kit supplies to picking up the completed kits.

Each kit and refill pack is approximately $28, which includes all shipping and handling. This price will be confirmed upon registration.
Get started:
- Get approval for your event from your company’s leadership.
- Decide how many kits you want to assemble and agree on a budget with your company’s leaders.
- Decide how you’ll acquire the funds, then begin the fundraising process.
Get organized:
- Set your event date and register with World Vision.
- Recruit an event team.
- Contact us to order kit items.
- Order sponsorship picture folders if you’re promoting HopeChild Sponsorship (PDF).
Build excitement:
- Engage your employees using our promotional tools.
- Sign up participants.
Host your kit assembly:
- Set up for your event.
- Show the Caregiver video before your assembly session.
- Collect donations (optional) from participants who wish to give additional gifts to support the caregiver program.
- Present HopeChild Sponsorship (optional).
Host your kit assembly:
- Collect and mail participant questionnaires (PDF) and donations made directly to World Vision.
- Ship your completed kits, per arrangements with your World Vision contact.
- Celebrate the difference your group has made!
