Caregiver Kits - STEP-BY-STEP PLANNING

World Vision provides all your planning and promotional materials and coordinates the logistics, from ordering kit supplies to picking up the completed kits.

Each kit and refill pack is approximately $28, which includes all shipping and handling. This price will be confirmed upon registration.

1. Get started:

   • Get approval for your event from your church/group leaders.
   • Decide how many kits you want to assemble and agree on a budget with your leaders.
   • Decide how you’ll acquire the funds, then begin the fundraising process.

2. Get organized:

   • Set your event date and register with World Vision.
   • Recruit an event team.
   • Contact us to order kit items.
   • Order sponsorship picture folders if you’re promoting HopeChild Sponsorship.

3. Build excitement:

   • Engage your church or group using our promotional tools.
   • Sign up participants.

4. Host your kit assembly:

   • Set up for your event.
   • Show a Caregiver video (on your Caregiver Kit Event DVD) before your assembly session.
   • Collect donations from participants who wish to give additional gifts to support the caregiver ministry (optional).
   • Present HopeChild Sponsorship (optional).

5. Host your kit assembly:

   • Collect and mail participant questionnaires and donations made directly to World Vision.
   • Ship your completed kits, per arrangements with your World Vision contact.
   • Rejoice in the difference your group has made!
