Kit Event Information

World Vision will need to know 3 weeks before your event how many kits your group would like to assemble. The supplies to assemble the Hygiene Kits will be shipped in bulk to your event site, ideally arriving 2-3 days before your event. A World Vision Kit event specialist will coach you and your group with the information needed to make your event a success.

When your group hosts a Hygiene Kit event, you are providing an important gift of hope and encouragement. The kits are $16 each, which includes the cost of all supplies, taxes, shipping, and handling fees. The minimum kit order is 50 kits, and World Vision will send you a tax-deductible receipt for your gift.

How much do Hygiene Kits cost?

Who receives Hygiene Kits?

Hygiene Kits are distributed to those in need due to poverty and homelessness, or those who have been affected by natural disasters.

How are kits distributed?

Completed Hygiene Kits will be shipped by World Vision from your site to our Disaster Response Warehouse in Grand Prairie, Texas outside of Dallas. From there, the kits will be sent to locations throughout the country and provided to those in need.

Can I choose where Hygiene Kits are distributed?

If your group is a non-profit organization that works with people in need, or is responding to a disaster, World Vision can partner with you to provide Hygiene Kits for the needs of your clients. Please contact World Vision for more information.

Who participates in assembling Hygiene Kits?

Anyone can assemble Hygiene Kits! Corporations, churches, schools, non-profit organizations, and other groups have used these hygiene kits to help those in need in their community. It can be a great team-building experience, and/or community service project.

Do I have to order a minimum number of Kits?

Yes, the minimum order is 50.
