How To Ship

1. Pack kits in sturdy cartons.

2. Fill in all the information on the packing slip provided and enclose a copy in every carton. (Make additional copies if you are sending multiple cartons.) Click here for Packing Slip.

3. Affix the mailing label provided to each carton. There are 9 locations to send your kits. Please pick the location nearest you! (Make additional copies if you are sending multiple cartons.) Click on the location for the mailing label you need.

4. Write the total number of kits in each carton and the total number of cartons on the corner of the mailing label.

5. Send your kits as soon as they are completed. (Parcel post through the U.S. Mail is an inexpensive option.)
