Body Glide is your friend. It looks like a stick of deoderant and you rub it on your skin to help prevent chafing while you run. (Under your arms, on your toes, inner thighs, around your sports bra, etc.) You can find it at most running and sports stores.

RUN ANYWAY! It's important to train in all kinds of weather because you never know what it's going to be like on race day. And who knows, you might realize you like running in the rain. :)

You might want to jot down on your training program or in a running log what you wear in what kinds of weather, and how it feels. If it's 55 degrees and you wear a jacket but get too hot on the run, the next time it's 55 degrees, you'll know to lose the jacket.
