World Vision Office Volunteers

Welcome to World Vision's Volunteer Center.

Give the gift of time to help World Vision make a difference in the lives of children in the United States and around the world.

Share your unique talents in a meaningful way by volunteering with World Vision U.S.

Who we are

Motivated by our faith in Jesus, we serve the poor as a demonstration of God's unconditional love for all people.

Our faith is at the heart of all we do. Foundational to our work is the commitment to a shared faith by staff, volunteers, and interns, and a common understanding of how that faith is lived out day-to-day.

Who you are

You are a committed Christian, excited at the prospect of using the unique gifts and talents God has given you to help children and families in need. All World Vision U.S. volunteers agree to and accept our Statement of Faith and/or the Apostles' Creed.

Volunteer program information

Volunteer opportunities are available with World Vision’s U.S. headquarters in Federal Way, Washington, as well as other offices around the country, including our Gifts-in-Kind Distribution Centers in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania and Denver, Colorado. Other volunteer opportunities include Artist Associate events, KidREACH programs, and Storehouses across the United States.

Volunteers must be 16 years of age and have a U.S. issued Social Security number. On average, World Vision volunteers serve three to 16 hours per week. World Vision does not currently send volunteers overseas.
