Find sponsors for 5 or more children between September 1 and September 30, 2011, and you could be eligible to win the trip of a lifetime.

1. Find sponsors for 5 children. Sponsors could be you, your friends, or your family. To sponsor a child, go to www.worldvision.org/SponsorTrip. Need help sharing Sponsorship?

2. Collect the Child I.D. number for each of the 5 sponsored children. If your friends or family sponsored a child, they must give you their new sponsored child’s I.D. number. (The child’s I.D. number can be found in the Thank-You Email sent to a sponsor when he/she sponsors a child online.)
3. Use the form below to submit your sweepstakes entries. You must complete the form 5 times; once for each of the 5 sponsored children. You will need a child ID number for each sponsored child, and your World Vision Account Number.
