When will I receive a new photograph of my sponsored child?
A sponsor should receive an updated photograph once per year. It may come with the child's annual progress report, or with a letter from the child.
If it has been more than a year since you last received an updated photograph, please contact us by sending a feedback message or by e-mail or by calling 1-800-777-5777. We will be glad to assist you.
