World Vision has used gifts-in-kind donations to serve children, families, and communities for more than 20 years. The purpose of GIK is to create and enhance ministry by obtaining, processing and distributing top-quality donated products that links corporations, volunteers, the Church and community with the poor worldwide.

Distributions and donations For the Metropolitan New York area, donated goods will be distributed through The Storehouse of World Vision in the South Bronx. This is a community-based resource center that distributes donated new items, such as building materials, clothing, school supplies, and personal care items, to local partners and nonprofit organizations in the Bronx.

Your company can help provide essentials . . . For families— clothing, toys, household goods, and personal care items For schools—as a resource for teachers who need assistance in providing school supplies for their students, from pencils, paper, and posters to books and backpacks For victims of natural disasters and emergencies—blankets, medical supplies, latex gloves, bottled water, and other essential supplies.
