That poverty reaches beyond their income. When individuals are struggling to make ends meet, they often lack the resources and hope needed to improve their circumstances. What we are doing to help people living in poverty in the United StatesIn every community where struggling people live, there are heroes. World Vision’s U.S. Programs help these local heroes — pastors, youth workers, teachers, business owners, students, and parents — as they transform their neighborhoods.Our vision is to give every child the chance to thrive and experience life in all its fullness. We address local needs of people living in poverty in the United States through three main programs: The Storehouse, Emergency Response & Disaster Relief, and Education & Youth Development.
