Tools for Transformation

Robin Stanley had the dream of feeding the physical and spiritual needs of her neighbors in Appalachia. But she wasn’t sure how to make it happen. World Vision’s Tools for Transformation training gave her the practical tools and support to plan, start, and sustain a food pantry that has made her dream a reality.

Equipping leaders to build strong communities

Impact:
More than 1,000 churches and faith-based organizations received practical training to nurture grassroots leadership, deliver effective services, and design programs that lift families out of poverty.

This training unleashes the potential of community leaders. World Vision's Tools for Transformation equips local leaders and faith-based organizations with the skills and strategies to mobilize resources and achieve their vision to transform their communities.
