 | | Elizabeth was angry — and for good reasons. Her father and brother were killed by gang violence. Her other brothers are in jail. Severe behavioral problems kept her moving from school to school. Until Norma, a Youth Outreach Worker with Vision Youth, reached out to Elizabeth as a mentor. Now Elizabeth is focused on giving to and loving others.
