How To Order From the Gift Catalog

First you will need to fill your virtual "shopping basket" with the items you would like to order. You can add items to or delete them from your basket at any time.

To select an item, click on a link to any item from a category page. After you have read about the item, you may choose to add the item to your basket by clicking the "Add to Basket" link at the bottom of the item screen. You will then see a "Confirmation" screen, confirming that the item has been added to your basket. At this point you have two choices: 1) continue shopping in the catalog; or 2) view your basket.

From your basket you can choose to add new items, add a hand-crafted ornament from Honduras, or assign recipients for each item. In order to assign recipients, you will need to log in to our new user authentication system.

Please note that all prices associated with specific items are presented in U.S. dollars.

Why Authenticate Users?

If you are already a World Vision donor, we will compare the information you provide with your donor record. We may even be able to fill in your address for you. And when you return to visit our site the next time, our servers will "remember" all this information when you log in.

If this is your first time as a World Vision donor, authenticating will start your donor record on our system automatically and will also give you special access to unique content areas designed just for donors.

Is It Secure?

World Vision employs 128-bit key encryption security (through Secure Sockets Layer, or SSL) on all sensitive areas of our website. This is the highest level of security currently available on the Web. We guarantee that the information you provide will be kept secure and confidential.

After You Log In . . .

You will be returned automatically to your shopping basket. You can now create your recipient address book and assign recipients to each gift you have selected. You can return and continue shopping at any time. Or, when you are ready, you can complete your order by clicking "Go To Order." The next few screens will confirm your address and request your payment information.

What Happens After You Leave the Website?

Your order will be sped on its way. Ornaments and cards that you have designated to go to your gift recipients will be prepared and sent. Your credit card will be billed and your gift will start working right away to help change lives.
