Three Easy Steps to Sponsoring a Child Online

1. Click here to select the child you would like to sponsor. You can select children by country, or use the search tool on the left side of your screen to search our database of sponsorable children by any feature available in the photo profiles ...
- by gender
- by type of sponsorship (Hope Child versus traditional child sponsorship)
- by country
- by age
- by birthdate
From any picture folder you can page through the entire list of available children in a specific country by clicking "View next child in country," or you can randomly select a child from any available country by clicking "View next child." Once you have found a child you would like to sponsor, select "Sponsor Now."
2. Create an account. Creating an online account (your email address will be your username, and you will be asked to select your own password and password recall information) enables us to provide information online about your sponsored child and account. This feature is for those who are able to use a credit card online for automated monthly billing. This saves World Vision significant processing costs and means more resources ultimately end up benefitting your sponsored child.
3. Review the information you have entered for accuracy, and submit. When you are ready to confirm your sponsorship, click "submit." The next page will confirm that your information has been submitted. Select "continue" after you have reviewed this information.
Please note that your credit card may not actually be charged until the evening of the current or next business day. If at that time there is a problem validating your credit card you will be contacted by email or telephone.
About 2 to 3 weeks after your sponsorship has been processed you should receive a printed copy of your child's picture folder in the mail, along with more information about your child's specific project. We encourage you to return to our website and search for this project by name or project number for more information on how sponsorship benefits your sponsored child.
