PDF versions of IRS Forms 990 - Fiscal Year 2004


The law requires that 501(c)3 (tax-exempt) organizations, such as World Vision, provide the last three years' Forms 990 to the public upon request. Provision has been made that these may be posted on an organization's website, in lieu of mailing.

The Adobe Acrobat (PDF) document below fulfills that IRS requirement for the tax year 2003 (for fiscal year ending September 30, 2004).
