Medical Care
For full-time and part-time employees, World Vision provides medical, dental, and vision coverage for employees and their dependents at a shared cost. World Vision has a flexible spending account that allows employees to set aside a portion of their payroll on a pre-tax basis for reimbursement of uncovered health plan expenses or dependent childcare. Prescription drugs are covered in full after applicable co-pay. Long-term and short-term disability insurance is also available.

Dental Care
The dental plan provided by World Vision allows access to any licensed dental care provider. The plan has options for regular services, major dental work, and orthodontic treatment for dependent children.
