|Who is World Vision?|
|Founded in 1950, World Vision is an international Christian humanitarian organization serving the world’s poorest children and families in nearly 100 countries in Africa, Asia, Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, and the United States. |
Our vision for every child is life in all its fullness. We are recognized throughout the world for our innovative, child-focused community development and disaster response. Our work helps communities move from abject poverty to abundant living by giving the poor the tools to break out of poverty and realize their God-given potential.
We look forward to a world where children grow strong in communities free of need and full of promise, where peace and justice flourish, and the most vulnerable live in confidence.
World Vision helps transform the lives of children and families in need around the world, and extends assistance to all people, regardless of their religious beliefs, gender, race, or ethnic background.
When you work for World Vision, this is the vision for which you’ll be working. It is a vision that motivates us and gives meaning to the work we do everyday.
Our United States headquarters is located in Federal Way, Washington,
30 minutes south of Seattle. We have offices located regionally throughout the United States, including Los Angeles, Chicago, New York, and Washington, D.C. Our international partnership headquarters is located in Monrovia, California.

"In the 24 years I've worked here, I have always enjoyed a sense of purpose that I am impacting the lives of people and the kingdom of God. Even as World Vision has grown to nearly 20,000 employees in nearly 100 countries, our leaders have remained true to our first love: serving Jesus by serving the poor."
