World Vision staff head to Asia for earthquake/tsunami responseFederal Way-based agency will send communications team to India December 27, 2004 SEATTLE -- World Vision, the Federal Way based Christian relief and development organization, will send videographer Tom Costanza and photographer Jon Warren to India to cover the organization’s response to the deadly earthquake and tsunami ravaging coastlines surrounding the Indian Ocean. According to the BBC, the death toll has exceeded 14,000 in the combined earthquake and tsunamis in Indonesia, Thailand, Bangladesh and India, among other nations. Tidal waves have been reported as far west as Somalia in East Africa. Costanza and Warren will be available for interviews.
