World Vision’s life-changing work is made possible by people all across America who generously share their resources and time.

World Vision has nearly 5 million partners in the United States who are helping to build a better world for children. They include:

604,000 child sponsors who are helping address the critical needs of children and their communities, and who play a key role as advocates for children
>
699,000 high school and college youth who are putting their faith into action through World Vision's 30 Hour Famine, an international movement to fight hunger, and Acting on AIDS, a grassroots program on college campusues to help save a generation of children orphaned by the AIDS pandemic
30 Hour Famine Participants
Last year, more than 8,000 teens from the New York metro area participated in the
30 Hour Famine, an international movement to fight hunger.

18,000 churches that partner with World Vision to show God’s love through tangible help and compassion

Additional partners also include program partners, corporations and foundations who provide matching gifts, and gift-in-kind contributors.
