It’s the end of another school year across the United States. But for many children from New Orleans, the school year was pretty much a washout. Last year’s hurricanes devastated the city’s public school system. And only a handful of the schools have reopened, leaving mostly poor children without access to education. Eve Troeh reports from New Orleans.
