| There’s a small corner café in Phnom Penh, Cambodia that serves what reporter Megan Williams declares is "the best cup of coffee in the city." A former waitress runs it. She worked at a restaurant across the street that shut down. Faced with unemployment, her regular customers at the restaurant -- taxi drivers -- came to her aid by clearing a spot where they had parked their cars and set up a kitchen, some plastic tables and chairs, and created a coffee shop. |
