|Bicycles can make a big difference in the developing world. A few years ago, Bicycling magazine joined forces with a major drug company to launch a program called "Biketown Africa." The plan was to put bikes in the hands of HIV and AIDS workers in rural Botswana. The bikes would make the workers twice as effective as traveling by foot.|
