No Phones in Mexico

Most of us take our telephones and cell phones for granted. It seems we’re never out of touch. But in parts of Mexico, there’s no phone service at all and certainly no cell service. The World Vision Report’s Conrad Fox says Mexico suffers some of the worst disparities in telephone service in Latin America. In some of the poorest regions, there are fewer than five telephone lines for every 100 households. That makes it difficult for remote businesses trying to market their products.
