| When former English professor Keith Taylor was a graduate student in college, he got into a financial jam and needed money for rent. A friend helped him out. Taylor wanted to carry on that tradition of helping others. He started saving money and setup a website for people who just need a few hundred dollars. The first day the website was posted, he had 1,700 emails -- 80% of them from people willing to contribute to the fund. Keith Taylor talks with host Peggy Wehmeyer about his website called “Modest Needs.” |
