There are plenty of people telling us every day –- every hour! -- what the weather is going to do. But they don't always get it right, in spite of the sophisticated satellite technology they use. Sometimes you even wonder if we'd be better off if they did it the old fashioned way, using the stars and the sky.
That's exactly what they do in drought-stricken Somaliland, where rain is critical for survival. Reporter Richard Lough found a famous rain-teller there, who let him in on some of his secrets. |
