For centuries, the Eveny people of Siberia have followed reindeer as they migrate across a frozen landscape in search of food. In a part of the world where the mercury can drop to minus 96º, the Eveny rely on reindeer for transportation, food, and clothing. Host Peggy Wehmeyer talks with British anthropologist Piers Vitebsky who has spent more than two decades studying the Eveny and living with them in Siberia.
