| Greg Casagrande was a highly successful businessman in Japan but wanted his children to understand it’s important to help others. So he moved his family to one of the poorest regions in the Pacific – Samoa. He founded the South Pacific Business Development Foundation, which makes micro-loans to women. Loans of only $300 are making a big difference – allowing women to setup their own businesses, put food on the table at home, and empowerment. Host Peggy Wehmeyer talks with Casagrande for another installment of “The Power of One” – how one person can make a difference in the lives of others. |
