Sharif Abdunnur is a playwright and director of a small theater company in Beirut. He’s also a drama therapist who works often with children. Recently, he put his skills to the test in one of the Palestinian refugee camps in Lebanon. These camps are densely populated and desperately poor.They're also places where guns can be more common than games.
Recent fighting in one Palestinian refugee camp in Lebanon has made headlines. But on this particular day, both children and parents in the camp Sharif visited were captivated by what he did. This is his Aid Worker Diary. |
