| When an earthquake struck China last month, bloggers were some of the first to get the news out. Over the Internet, they told stories about shaking computer screens and collapsing buildings. They raised donations on their websites and organized volunteers. Journalist Eva Woo says bloggers also have challenged the Chinese government. She wrote an article about the role of China’s blogs for Business Week magazine. She talks with Peggy Wehmeyer. |
