| One out of every five people in South Africa is HIV positive. The number of children orphaned by AIDS is growing. A retired nurse in the township of Finetown has taken it upon herself to care for hundreds of children affected by HIV/AIDS. Sue Valentine reports on the special care provided by Winnie Mabaso. What started with one elderly woman now has more than 50 staff and volunteers who care for the ill and feed 1,700 children every day. |
