E-mail your completed Mission Project Reservation form to kwamsley@worldvision.org. Remember, your reservation will not be official until we receive your deposit.

2nd:

Please make your check out to World Vision in the amount of $50 x the number of estimated participants. In the memo section of the check, please put Mission Project, the date of the project and the type of project (Group, Family). Once we receive your reservation form and deposit, we will send you a Group Mission Project Contract, as well as more details on your mission.
