 | Instructions
1. Click on the "Register" button to register your organization.
2. Assign a project coordinator for your group.
3. Photocopy and distribute the Inventory List to your group participants. Follow the inventory list very carefully and be sure that each kit is uniform in contents. For example, all pencils should be plain, not having colored designs. Including the same items in each kit will ensure that no child is disappointed by receiving less than another child.
4 Collect assembled kits from each participant. To personalize your kits, participants may decorate and enclose the card included with these instructions. Since some religious practices are illegal in certain countries where World Vision works, it is important that you do not include any religious material in your kits. This could cause customs officials to confiscate an entire shipment.
5. Fill out and print the packing slip and mailing label under Shipping Instructions. Place a copy of the packing slip inside each carton and affix a mailing label to the outside of each carton. (Please be sure to fill out all the information requested on each of the forms and print clearly!) |
