Excellent resource mobilization capabilities with a proven track record of developing large winning proposals for USAID and other donors. Strong financial planning and management experience, including grants\/contracts management and oversight of large and complex portfolios. Leadership of large and diverse teams of professional staff, with solid competencies in performance management, leadership, coaching and mentoring, change management and team-building. Strong external orientation, focused on partnership and teaming, networking and advocacy.
