The statistics are overwhelming. As millions face dire hunger and rising food insecurity due to multiple ongoing crises<\/a>, what can we possibly do?\n

For all of us at World Vision, global hunger is not merely a statistic. Hunger is a name. A name that a mother chose. A person, made in God’s image, whom He calls beloved.<\/p>\n

This World Food Day, we share some of these names.
