Teams created through local churches come together through physical training. Over the course of the season, people’s faith grow stronger, relationships grow deeper and lives are transformed.

Why Team World Vision
Activation
For years we’ve been activating “back pew” people to put down roots and further engage in ministries at church. Our ministry works to energize your people and connect them deeper into your community and God’s heart.
Empowerment
Our passionate staff pour into your lay leaders with resources to lead and invest into your church team. We call these folks Team Captains!

How Team World Vision Works at Your Church
Step 1: Invitation to Your Church
A Team World Vision staff member will join you in worship and inspire and invite the church to join the team. Our staff can make an invitation in a variety of ways, whether it’s a 3-minute pitch or a sermon.
Step 2: Nuts and Bolts
After the service that same staff member will hold a 10-minute info session to equip your people with everything they need to join your team, train for your local race and make an impact.
Step 3: Go Farther Together
Team members will follow Team World Vision’s step by step training and fundraising plan to get them from the pew to the pavement to the finish line for fullness of life! This training season friendships are born, faith is deepened, and lives are changed – physically, mentally and spiritually.
