Every child deserves clean water
1 of every 10 people on the planet have no access to clean water. Tragically, this global water crisis disproportionately impacts women and girls who spend an estimated 200 million hours hauling water every day.
World Vision is committed to reach everyone, everywhere we work with clean water by 2030—about 50 million people. With your continued help, World Vision is on track to reach the halfway point of achieving this goal by 2022. And because of generous donors like you, World Vision is reaching one new person every 10 seconds with clean water!
By contributing to the Global Water Fund, you enable World Vision to have more impact. This is because World Vision has been able to obtain an additional $4 for every $1 donated to our Global Water Fund. Your $1 investment, combined with funding from grants, child sponsorship, foundations, and corporations, will have an impact of $5.
$500 becomes $2,500 in impact to provide 50 children with clean water and hygiene education
$800 becomes $4,000 in impact to provide 80 children with clean water and hygiene education
$1,150 becomes $5,750 in impact to provide 115 children with clean water and hygiene education
