CONDITIONS OF USE

“Unite to Fight Poverty” consists of Compassion International, Inc., Food for the Hungry and World Vision, Inc. (together, the Unite to Fight Poverty Charities or “the Charities”).  Each of the Charities is a nonprofit organization, recognized as tax exempt under section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code.  The Charities are providing the services available through this website, subject to the conditions stated below. If you visit this Unite to Fight Poverty website you accept these conditions. Please read them carefully.

ADMINISTRATOR AND PAYMENT PROCESSOR ROLES

To facilitate a successful Event, the Unite to Fight Poverty Charities have agreed that World Vision will perform some administrative roles, on behalf of all three charities together.  This includes providing the receipt and acknowledgment for your contribution.  This receipt will bear the name of World Vision, Inc., but all of your contribution will evenly be divided between the Charities.  An outside company named Stripe has been contracted with, to provide payment processing services and you can find their Terms and Conditions on the check-out page.

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, photographs, button icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and software, is the sole and exclusive joint property of the Unite to Fight Poverty Charities, or their content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright laws. The compilation of all content on this site is the exclusive joint property of the Unite to Fight Poverty Charities and protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.

TRADEMARKS

Each of the Unite to Fight Poverty Charity’s trade names, trademarks, trade dress, and service marks, including those marks indicated on our website are the sole and exclusive property of each respective charity.  This includes, without limitation, designs, logos, page headers, button icons and scripts (“Marks”). Each of the charity’s Marks and trade dress may not be used in any way not expressly authorized in writing by that charity or in any manner that is likely to cause confusion among the public, or in any manner that disparages or discredits the charity.
