Daisy Szabo
Senior Vice President, Chief Human Resources Officer
Daisy has a deep understanding of and passion for employee engagement and cultural strategies. She joined World Vision in 2023 to lead the human resources group, where she’s honored to work with a wide variety of teams — from HR strategy and operations to corporate services and facilities management — in caring for the people who make up the World Vision family.
Daisy’s experience in global HR leadership, including executive roles, ranges from technology organizations to financial services and from smaller entrepreneurial companies to global Fortune 100 corporations.

Daisy holds a bachelor’s degree in human resources management from McGill University and an MBA from Azusa Pacific University. She volunteers her time as board chair for Global Christian Relief and has served in children’s ministry for many years.
She and her husband, Peter, live in the Seattle area and have one daughter.
