With over 70 years of experience and a presence in nearly 100 countries, World Vision focuses on helping children and families by partnering with communities to overcome poverty and injustice to experience the fullness of life God intends in John 10:10. World Vision helps communities address their unique issues, like health, economic empowerment, education, clean water, and more.
Ignite was born out of the mission of World Vision to schools across the United States by the desire to provide opportunities in Christian schools for service learning, missions, global engagement, and leadership. Out of research and listening, World Vision designed the Ignite school partnership with curriculum, engaging experiences, and real relationships.
