When or how often will I receive a progress report
on my sponsored child?
Progress reports of the children are sent to sponsors once a year.
Also, sponsors should receive an updated photograph once during the year. It may come with the child's annual progress report, or with a letter from the child.
If it has been more than a year since you last received a progress report, please contact us by sending a feedback message or by e-mail or by calling 1-800-777-5777. We will be glad to assist you.
