She joined World Vision in 2023 to lead the human resources group, where she’s honored to work with a wide variety of teams — from HR strategy and operations to corporate services and facilities management — in caring for the people who make up the World Vision family.
Daisy’s experience in global HR leadership, including executive roles, ranges from technology organizations to financial services and from smaller entrepreneurial companies to global Fortune 100 corporations.
“When I was first presented the human resources leadership opportunity at World Vision, I was blown away because it was an opportunity to combine both HR and ministry. I remain in awe of this chance to serve a Christian organization with a powerful mission that my husband and I had already supported for many years. God spoke to me to draw me to World Vision and continues to affirm this calling.”
